Denbighshire County Council has congratulated children and young people from the county for their success at this year’s Eisteddfod yr Urdd.

The Eisteddfod was held in Llandovery, Carmarthenshire (29 May to 3 June) this year and provided an opportunity for young people from across Denbighshire to showcase their talent at the Eisteddfod.

Councillor Gill German, Deputy Leader and Lead Member for Education, Children and Families, said:

“We have a wealth of talent in our schools and Urdd branches right across the county and it’s great to see our children and young people showcase their talents on the national stage”.
