“Education is of great value to me, and Denbighshire County Council have provided me with the opportunity develop my career and study further. Working in such a positive environment and working collaboratively with other health colleagues has provided me with additional knowledge and skills to be able to support my team.

The team I manage consists of social workers, social care practitioners, dementia social care practitioner and occupational therapists. They all have such a fantastic work ethic and are supportive of one another. They make my role so much easier”.
