RunThrough Trails is delighted to welcome back The North Face and SportsShoes.com as Presenting Partners at Ladybower Reservoir and Brecon Beacons, and as Associate Partner at Snowdonia Sea2Sky for the 2025 Summit events. They return after a successful 2024 season at Ladybower Reservoir and Snowdonia Sea2Sky with shoe clinics, shake out runs and film nights, creating a special race-weekend brand experience.
“Last year’s partnership demonstrated how expert support and activations can transform a race weekend,” said James Tilley, Director of RunThrough Trails. “We’re thrilled to expand this collaboration to include title sponsorship of our brand-new Brecon Beacons event alongside Ladybower Reservoir and Snowdonia Sea2Sky, so even more runners can Run Inspired.”
Building on that momentum, we’re excited to expand the partnership across three Summit events in 2025. At Ladybower Reservoir on 27th-28th September 2025 and our brand-new
Brecon Beacons on 9th August 2025, The North Face and SportsShoes.com will be Presenting Partners. They’ll feature product showcases as part of a two-day festival atmosphere at Ladybower – social events and races on both the Saturday and Sunday that make it a full weekend adventure. At Snowdonia Sea2Sky, they will continue in the role of Associate Partner, offering shoe demos and event village activations as runners tackle the 25 km and 53 km routes through coastal and mountain terrain.
The RunThrough Trails SUMMIT Series is designed to offer trail runners the opportunity to Run Inspired in some of the most incredible locations in the UK and now the world with the series having expanded to Europe this year. The SUMMIT Series events are designed to present trail runners with the challenge they seek when adventuring out on the trails and a chance to share that experience with likeminded trail runners.
The North Face’s mantra of Never Stop Exploring really aligns with our RunThrough Trails Summit events. Every course asks runners to seek out hidden ridgelines, forge new paths through ancient forests and scale rocky summits – experiences that mirror the brand’s belief in curiosity, resilience and discovery.
